- weekend 2 nights from Friday check in 2 p.m. – check out 10:30 a.m. latest
- no dogs allowed in mobile homes.
- prices include all taxes for four people and water, gas, TV and car parking space for one car
- final clean must be carried out by the tenant or we can organise this for a supplement of €60.
- prices do not include: household linen, you should bring your own sheets and pillow cases with you for a double bed and two single beds.

- deposit € 75 incl. access card for barrier gate

- terms of payment :
- Deposit 100€ within 10 days after reservation.
- Balance no later than 14 days before the start of your stay
- Cancel :
- Cancellation more than 3 weeks before arrival , 75€ of the total rental amount is due
- Cancellation less than 3 weeks before arrival the full rental amount is due
in the event of premature termination of the stay, there will be no reimbursement
